THE ENTERPRISE EXECUTIVE DECISION FRAMEWORK

$49.00

ABSTRACT

Enterprise decisions are rarely determined by the strength of a new capability or solution alone. As Executives look towards deciding, they interpret opportunities through a broader set of conditions that influence confidence, organizational support, and the ability to move from consideration to execution.

This paper introduces the Enterprise Executive Decision Framework, a framework built around five interconnected dimensions: perception, credibility, alignment, readiness, and decision. Together, these dimensions shape how executives evaluate opportunities, assess external partners, and determine whether the conditions surrounding an initiative are strong enough to support successful execution.

The framework also examines the role of the external partner in influencing these conditions. External partners that understand how the five dimensions interact and have an understanding and ability to strengthen them when necessary are better positioned to reduce friction, accelerate executive confidence, and establish a stronger foundation for delivery.

The Enterprise Executive Decision Frameworkprovides a structured lens for understanding not only how enterprise decisions are made, but what must exist for those decisions to move forward successfully.
